At CRUISECLOUDS, we apply service fees to help facilitate and manage bookings across our platform. These fees are calculated per traveler and are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Service charges are typically non-refundable and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Fees apply to all traveler types including: Adults, Children, Seniors, Infants, Students, and Military Personnel.

Additional and Special Service Fees

Unaccompanied Minor Reservations	Up to $100 per traveler
Contact Center Assisted Bookings (Standard)	$15–$250 per traveler
Contact Center Assisted Bookings (Senior Citizens)	Up to $125 per traveler

 

Important Considerations

• All fees will be included in the final total price shown before you complete your payment.
• Fees may be refundable only if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking, subject to policy.
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours are not eligible for a refund of service charges.
• Contact center bookings typically incur higher service fees due to itinerary complexity.
